MODIFICATION CB 100 UNDERBONE - The CB Series is an extensive line of Honda motorcycles. Most CB models are road-going, CB50 · CB90 Super Sport; CB100 Super Sport; CB100N CB100N-A version also available; CB92 also known as Benly Super Sport; CBgg110 also the latest CB.
MODIFICATION CB 100 UNDERBONE
1. Calculate first volume capacity / cc ... 3:14 x r x r x t formula
where 3.14 is a constant
r is 1/2 of the width of the piston
t is a step piston (stroke)
eg: CB originally had measures 49.5mm wide, 51mm piston ... the volume / cc is 3.14 x 5.25 x 5.25 x 49.5 = 101119.62mc = 101.11cc
if the default factory compression ratio 9.5: 1 .... then we will analyze with step 2
2. Calculate the engine's compression ratio (the ratio of static)
V squis V piston + fuel / combustion chamber V = static compression ratio
Rb + 101 V / V rb = 9.5
101/Vrb = 9.5-VRB / VRB
101/Vrb = 8.5
VRB = 101/8.5
VRB = 11.89 CC ....
from here see that the engine (hollow at CB engine head gasket thickness + standard is 11.89 or let's just 12cc)
3. Calculating the volume when the piston stroke + spec up like Tiger ... piston 63mm and 62.2mm stroke
Volume of cylinder = 3.14 x r x r x t
= 3.14 x 31.5 x 62.2 x31.5
= 193892.65 mc = 193.89 cc
important
***!!! if we raise CB CC engine from 101 to 193 but the engine was not changed ... the static compression engine so what???
Compression engine = VRB + Vs / VRB
12 + 193/12 = 16.15: 1 .... well now see that the new compression is 16: 1!!! if the machine is lit by using premium fuel and ignition degree standard ... we can be sure the valve is bent or the starter gear will gone!! MODIFICATION CB 100 UNDERBONE
